What is Opinion Inn? Another survey app? Why? Well, so we can make a little more pocket change, that’s why! Sit around and answer questions for money. It doesn’t get much easier!

This website isn’t very old, and currently, as far as I can tell, it is only available in the US. If you are in another country and OpinionInn works for you, PLEASE correct me!!!

It works both on a computer and on a smartphone, so long as you can access the website.

Joining Opinion Inn

The OpinionInn Panel Portal is a survey website that pays you to take surveys for major corporations. It costs nothing to join; just fill out the registration information.

You need to be at least 14, although some jurisdictions outside of OpinionInn’s control may have higher age requirements.

They then send you an email with a link to make a password. From that page, they give you another link to login. Keep in mind the email address you gave them will be your new username.

Fill out your profile information, and make sure you click the update button after each page is complete. Do be sure and fill out all the profile pages. This helps Opinion Inn find you the right surveys.

This is what it’s all about! Surveys! Surveys! Surveys! You can find them behind the Your Survey and Home tabs. There’s a table listing surveys along with the survey’s title, ID, the incentive (payment), and country.

Incentives range from $0.50 to $100.00. Don’t expect many of the high-end surveys.

The timing of crediting incentives depends on the survey. For some surveys, credits are applied very quickly or within a few days. With others, the credits are applied as soon as the survey has closed.

You may have to wait for six to eight weeks from survey closure for points to be credited to your account, though OpinionInn tries to limit this sort of delay as much as possible.

Like with any other survey app or website, you’ll get kicked if you don’t meet the particular parameters desired by the company sponsoring the survey. It happens. A lot!

Sometimes, you can fill out all the qualifying credentials, get approved, and when it comes time to start the survey you will find that it has been filled.

Don’t let repeated kicks get your feelings hurt or make you want to quit. Just keep trying. Eventually, it will be worth your while, as long as you aren’t trying to make a full-blown living this way.

You will occasionally receive email invitations to surveys that Opinion Inn feels you are qualified for.

What Else Is There?

Opinion Inn is pretty simple. There are surveys and occasional polls. I haven’t accessed any polls, yet. There are no games or suggested downloads or offers.

You do get a $10.00 bonus just for signing up. No withdrawals can be made until you reach at least $25.00. This isn’t a bad amount, considering that some survey apps make you wait until you have $30.00.

Monetary rewards are primarily paid through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, go ahead and make one. It’s free and secure.

Be a part of the monthly draw of $500 if you are an active member and have attempted at least 5 surveys in that month. The names of the winners are displayed on the portal on every 7th of each month.

Participants are encouraged to offer support by donating a portion of their incentive to NGOs around the world with whom Opinion Inn has partnered. This is strictly optional, though. There is no obligation to contribute.

Who Opinion Inn Supports

Opinion Inn’s clients include market research agencies, large corporations, brands, public organizations, PR agencies, and even some individuals. The interests of these organizations and persons cover all areas of industry, and all of them are looking to get valid opinions on their products and services or to understand consumer motivations and habits.

The results of the surveys that you complete help clients to better understand the needs and desires of their customers, as well as their products and services. It enables them to make better advertising decisions, as well.

OpinionInn provides information to clients in an anonymized and aggregated form. These companies and organizations will use the provided information for their own purposes.

  1. Hi, Thanks for sharing, I wonder If I did the survey it is easy to pass? Cause I have tried other survey websites, sometimes I did the survey and answered few questions, then it said I am not qualified.

    • Hello Lena, thank you for stopping by. Being kicked after answering a few or even a lot of questions does happen, and it can be terribly frustrating. You either keep going until you find one – and there really are plenty – or you just decide it’s not worth the anticipated reward and quit. I feel your pain, but if you’re just doing surveys during TV commercials or while you’re in a waiting room, then you haven’t wasted time.

  2. Thanks for this post about the opinion inn site, I got on the opinion in site about some months ago and ever since then I have been making more cash daily, at first I got doubted because the registration was free so I was doubting maybe the site is a scam but after then month ended they cleared my doubts, its one of the best Shcemes have ever done, the site is very simple to run also.thanks for this post

  3. Survey is a very good business to do online, the only problem that can be attached to it is the website hosting such offer. Opinion Inn as you’ve explained in details is of immense benefits to it’s members, I think the requirements are quite simple and convenient foe everyone to meet. It’ll be more productive and interesting if they can expand the reach. Thanks for update.

  4. Hi, I have tried a few survey sites, and it is hard to “qualify” for most surveys (or is it just me?), so I am not sure if I would spend my time getting kicked on Opinion Inn. It’s a shame it can only be used in the US. I live in Mexico. Otherwise, I might have tried it out. Do you think they may soon make this available in other countries too?

It looks like a good site, and they offer surveys for various areas, which I like. Hopefully one day I get to try it out.

    • Hi Christine. Some survey sites do eventually offer services in more than one country. Hopefully, they will soon. Thank you for stopping by.

  5. Opinion Inn is a useful survey app, Making means of earnings for people makes it adorable and lucrative. About the possibility of being disapproved and kicked, online operations are strictly by coordinations, i mean if you have to take a test for an offer, you have no choice than to pass the test, a disapproval is not a stop, trying again is always available.

  6. Sounds cool and legit. I took a quick look at the registration page and it seems to work with many countries since they ask where we are from (maybe it can answer your interrogation about where it works). Maybe I’m wrong, but if I have some free time, I’ll take a look to see if it works in Canada. Thank you for sharing this, it looks like a cool app to win some pocket change, like you said!
